Frequently asked questions
Who can order from LODZA Plantes?
LODZA Plantes serves professionals only: landscapers, grounds-maintenance companies, councils and municipalities, facility management companies, landscape architects and developers. We don't sell to private individuals.
How long does delivery take?
Allow 48 to 72 hours between order confirmation and delivery in Switzerland, depending on grower availability and destination. Plants leave the Netherlands early in the week and reach you mid to late week. For large volumes or seasonal orders, we agree a date with you.
Do you deliver across Switzerland?
Yes. We deliver nationwide — Valais, Vaud, Geneva, Fribourg, Bern, Zurich, Ticino and beyond — to your depot, directly to your job site, or to your end client. Mountain sites and awkward access are our daily bread: just tell us when you order.
Is there a minimum order?
No fixed minimum. Holland–Switzerland logistics simply work best by full pallet or trolley; your quote will show where transport becomes most efficient. A small order can also be grouped with a delivery already planned in your area.
How does drop-shipping to my client work?
Give us your client's address and delivery window and we deliver directly, with no LODZA branding on paperwork or transport. Your client only sees you. Ideal for office greening projects or sites far from your depot.
What if a plant arrives damaged?
Every order is checked at the grower before departure. If a plant still arrives damaged, send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we'll replace or credit it. One point of contact, a quick answer.
How do I get a quote?
Send us your list — species, sizes, quantities, delivery location and timing — via the form below, by email to info@lodza-plantes.ch or by phone. A rough list is enough to get started. You'll receive a detailed quote within 24 working hours.
